No matter who we are or where we are in life, God has called each of us to pray. Fulfilling His purposes on earth depends on it. In light of this, the National Prayer Center encourages everyone to observe Week of Prayer 2009. Though the Week of Prayer traditionally is observed during the first full week of January, choose a time that is most convenient for your church or prayer group.
To help make your Week of Prayer a meaningful event, Gospel Publishing House is offering a number of valuable resources. Also, the NPC is providing several free, downloadable lessons and sermons tailored to age groups from Preteen to Adult.
